What we collect

To open a gate on your behalf, Claver needs your phone number, the gates you have access to, and a record of when opens happen. If you create or receive a guest pass, we store the pass window, its opens limit, and who created it. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to place and log a call.

How we use it

Your phone number identifies you to a gate's relay line and lets us send OTP codes at sign-in. Activity logs (opens, blocked attempts, guest entries) exist so you and your association can see who came and went, and to help us debug relay failures.

Who we share it with

Twilio places and receives calls on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Association admins can see activity for gates their association manages. We never sell phone numbers or activity data.

Guest pass pages

A guest pass link (claver.app/g/{token}) is unauthenticated by design — anyone holding the link can see the pass summary and use it to open the gate, which is why pass creators control the opens limit and time window. Revoke a pass any time from the app to invalidate its link immediately.

Retention

Activity events are retained for as long as your account or association's export window requires, and can be deleted on request except where retention is required by law.
