Free gives you one gate and one way in: you, tapping Open. Nothing to share with, nothing to look back on. Claver+ is the plan that lets other people through. Claver Pro is the same thing bought once, by the association, for everyone in the building.

BILLED TO THE ASSOCIATION, NOT THE RESIDENT
An asociație de proprietari buys Claver once, for its residents. One gate line, one bill, one place to run it from.
Your residents do not pay twice.
Every active resident of a Pro association gets everything Claver+ has — guest passes by link or by number, family numbers recognized by caller ID, the activity log — without buying anything themselves. That is what the per-resident price is for. A resident who already pays for Claver+ isn't charged again by the association's plan, and doesn't need it.

The administration panel is the part Pro sells. Being an admin is how you get in; Pro is what opens it.
What a seat is
One approved resident. Requests still waiting to be approved are not billed, so the number moves when an admin approves or removes someone — never on its own.
The same on all three plans
- One signed-in device. Sign in somewhere else and the last device is signed out on the spot. That's how Claver works. It isn't something Claver+ buys back, and Pro doesn't buy it back either.
- Gates you already have keep opening. Cancel Claver+ and your gates stay in the app and stay openable. Only new gates, new passes, and the log stop.
- A lapsed Pro plan doesn't lock the building out. If the association stops paying, residents keep opening the gates they already reach. The association loses the administration panel, and residents fall back to their own plan for guest passes. Nobody is shut out of their own front gate over a missed invoice.
- Guests never pay and never install anything. A pass is a link or a phone number, on any plan that can issue one.
Prices in EUR: €1.99 per month or €19.99 per year for Claver+, and €0.99 per active resident per month for Claver Pro. Billed by our payment processor once checkout is live, and subject to change before general availability. The administration panel — resident approvals, the association's gate lines, and the CSV export — requires an active Pro subscription on the association as well as an admin account.
